Yoga is an invitation to reconnect with your body, mind, and breath — to move safely, feel grounded, and discover your own potential. My classes and events are designed to support every body, whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, helping you explore your practice with curiosity, awareness, and care.

I discovered my calling through yoga in 2019, and since then I've trained extensively in Yin Yoga, anatomy, yoga for athletes, and holistic approaches including fascia, meridian lines, and the five elements. My focus is on helping you move safely, release tension, and strengthen your body while deepening awareness of your alignment and breath.

In my sessions, we use props like yoga blocks and straps to make poses accessible for all bodies. I love sharing knowledge throughout class so every student can experience a heartfelt practice, learn something new, and feel confident in their own body.

Through mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness, yoga can help you:

  • Improve flexibility, balance, and mobility
  • Reduce tension and support joint health
  • Build confidence and body awareness
  • Explore your own path of self-discovery

I continue to deepen my own practice so I can share the wisdom of yoga with my students, supporting them to reconnect, restore, and feel empowered.
